Our team conducts a thorough review of your proposed lease, identifying any terms that may benefit from clarification or adjustment. We prepare a plain-language summary of your rights and obligations, coordinate all amendments with the landlord, and manage the execution and stamping process. A complete archive of all tenancy documents is delivered to you in both digital and printed form.
Garden Estate Custodianship
Designed for residents of landed properties and garden-facing residences who wish to maintain their home and grounds to the highest standard. Your custodian manages both interior and exterior upkeep — coordinating landscape maintenance, pool servicing, and garden pest management alongside standard home administration. Seasonal planting schedules, irrigation checks, and structural garden assessments are handled proactively. Monthly walkthroughs and photographic condition reports keep you fully informed.
