What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device — computer, tablet, or phone — when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to help them function more efficiently, and to provide information to the website's owner.
Cookies cannot carry viruses or install software. They simply store small pieces of information. Some cookies are placed by the website you visit (first-party cookies); others are placed by third-party services running on that page.
On this website, we use a small number of cookies. We explain each category below, and you can manage your preferences in the section further down this page.
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Always ActiveThese cookies are required for the website to function. They manage session state, remember your cookie consent choice, and support form security. They cannot be disabled.
Analytics Cookies
These help us understand how visitors use our website — which pages are viewed, how long people spend on the site, and where they arrive from. All data is anonymised and used solely to improve the website experience.
Marketing Cookies
These cookies help us understand whether our advertising is reaching people likely to be interested in our services, and may be used to show relevant content on third-party platforms. We use them sparingly.
Preference Cookies
These remember settings and choices you have made on the website — such as your cookie preferences — so that you do not need to set them again on each visit.
Third-Party Services
The following third-party services may set cookies when you visit our website:
- Google Analytics: Anonymised visitor data to understand website usage. Google Privacy Policy
- Google Maps: Used on our homepage to display our location. Google may set cookies related to Maps functionality.
- Meta Pixel: May be active where marketing cookies are accepted, to measure advertising reach.
Cookie Duration
Cookies fall into two duration types:
- Session cookies exist only while your browser is open. They are deleted automatically when you close the browser tab or window.
- Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period — typically between 30 days and 24 months — unless you clear them manually or they expire.
